Access to a Rising Asset Class

Access to a Rising Asset Class

Our Objectives

    • CERTUS aims at delivering Stable Income with Low Volatility to investors.

    • The target return is +6% annualized with a volatility below 2%.

    • CERTUS seeks to generate income ahead of inflation, and above the Bloomberg Aggregate Bond Index.

  • CERTUS Income emphasizes capital preservation through ample diversification by managers, asset class, sectors, sub-sectors and geographies.  CERTUS stresses strong collaterals across the portfolio backed by real assets such as real estate, inventory, equipment and receivables.  In many cases, CERTUS’ managers also negotiate additional collateral like personal guarantees and/or cash reserves.

    • CERTUS provides access to investors into the growing asset class of Private Credit with costs and fees we deem reasonable and beneficial to investors.

    • CERTUS negotiates favorable terms with managers and invests mostly in institutional share classes with lower fees.  Any rebates and/or fee break-points negotiated with managers are 100% passed on to investors.

    • CERTUS operates under the statutes of Act 60 of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Act 60 provides preferential tax treatments and significant tax deductions to investors.
